Soap & Glory My Makeup Collection

I know I have shared with you a variety of my Soap & Glory products in the past. Today I thought it would be a great idea to also share my Soap & Glory makeup collection.

After my most recent purchase of their 'The Perfect Ten' eye shadow palette I decided to go through my makeup collection and was surprised that I actually own more Soap & Glory makeup than I originally anticipated. As a makeup lover, you can only imagine that I seem to collect a variety of different brands over the years. So, it was nice when some of my previous favourites are found again.

Nails inc. London | Product Review

nails inc. London have made a big name for themselves in the beauty world. With incredible colours and great quality products they are every girls must have nail varnish.

I personally love them, and from my small collection you may be able to tell what my favourite colour is from their collections. Of course it's red! I am a huge fan of their red nail varnish, they are my staple go to product whenever my nails need some colour.

Red in my opinion screams 'NOTICE ME' it's sensual and elegant and I just LOVE it.

132 nails inc. London matte gatwick
023 nails inc. London tate
063 nails inc. London victoria & albert
nails inc. London special effects electric lane
nails inc. London westminster abbey
nails inc. London chelsea square

I know my collection is small, but every one of them was worth the pennies I spent. nails inc. London can be quite pricey at £9.00 + for a bottle, but it is worth investing in. Buying the sets can be more reasonable if you like all the colours within the set.

I got the three small nail varnishes from a set( electric lane, westminster abbey & chelsea square) they have lasted me over a year. The quality is brilliant, they are long lasting and I would advise you paint at least two coats of nail varnish when using them. It provides a fuller look and thicker coat. Then use a top coat to finish off your look.

I would recommend the brand to anyone. I have been using this brand for a few years and I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases. The price matches the quality.

Here is a link to the website. There is a new Alexa Chung nails inc collection out this Christmas which I am eager to try. The colours are simply beautiful!

Are you a nails inc. London fan? Let me know what your favourite colour is in the comment box below.

Mavala Nail Varnish | Product Review

If you haven't heard of Mavala before, I am please to be the one that introduces you to this amazing beauty brand. Mavala produce a variety of beauty care products. However, I have only ever tried their nail varnish, and I must say if their other products are as great as their nail varnish they are well worth investing in.

I was bought this nail varnish set for Christmas 2 years ago from a wonderful friend of mine. I had never heard of the brand before then and I really was missing out.

The nail varnish itself, although in small bottles are long lasting and stunning on. They quickly dry and are perfect for this time of the year.

The Perfect Ten Eyeshadow Palette

I recently purchased The Perfect Ten Limited Edition Eyeshadow Palette by Soap & Glory. On a random visit into Boots I saw this makeup palette and decided to trial it.

I love Soap and Glory products. I have always had good things to say and haven't found anything that I dislike out of all the products that I have used. I usually do not purchase makeup products from Soap and Glory, I own a few lipsticks, blusher and a lip-gloss but may main purchase is their body creams and wash products. See product review here.

When I saw this palette I thought how similar it was to the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. Although this is half the price. At £16 it is a bargain and worth the money.

The colours are all stunning, perfect for all year round but definitely right for Christmas. I love the darker colours (Taupe Cat, Sunset, Browne, Black Gold and Smokin) they work well on my skin. I did find that the lighter shades ( Vanilla and Minky) didn't show up on my skin very well. However, when blended with other shades they look lovely.

The quality itself is very good, I was impressed with the standard of the shades and the texture felt nice on my skin. The application brush is nice, not cheap or rough on your skin.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone, whether it's for you or for a friend its a great Christmas present.

Let me know if you decide to buy it, I would love to know your thoughts!
